Keri s.ro.o deals with the construction and production of cubings, control and gauging fixtures.
Our products may be used for control of metal stampings and parts made by injection of plastics into the moulds.
For production of gauging tools for metal parts, most often we use aluminium blocks, for some customers we use steel with subsequent nitrogen hardening, or – according to the customer´s request, we produce tools of artificial wood( plastics).
Measured pieces are centered and fixed according to the respective drawing documentation, which allows to inspect shape, trimming as well as the particular holes – their position and size. Designing and production of plastic parts is similar.Upon implementation, we always present our design proposal to the customer for approval. Upon product delivery, we submit complete documentation, including CAD datas of the fixture, drawings, measuring protocols and instructions for use. The fictures are always furnished by the points showing coordinate system of the car. Among these products, we can also include fixing tools only for 3D measuring. The cubing parts we produce for function verification and also for visual control of sequence of relating car parts.

History

Keri the Limited company Turnov has been established in 1994, till 1999 mostly focused on production cooperation between German and Czech manufacturers. As the first, after 1999, we have started with design works for production of control and gauging tools and cubings. The production has been arranged by the cooperation between Czech companies and also with the company IMM GmbH. In the year 2002, small production workshop has started up and continuously enlarges till nowadays. Practicaly all orders are placed by the car industry and our company became the expert for control, gauging procedural tools and cubings. Since the year 2002 we supply, according to the customer´s request, procedural gauges with non-contacting laser measuring – able to export obtained numerical value for immediate quality evaluation. The lasers for SPC measuring have been implemented in Magna Cartech (Ceske Velenice), Cadence Innovation Liberec and Nymburk) and in Daimler (Sindelfingen and Bremen).
